This is a prevalent phenomenon that we never get up to everything planned for our weekend. At best we can get about 10-12 hours to be by ourselves after errands and socializing. If you are an avid gamer with no more time to spend the entire day gaming, this post is for you.
More and more games are coming out that are more than fifty hours long and let’s not even get started with live-service games that are meant to eat up as much of your time as they can but there are only so many hours in a day.
As much as we’d like to game all day other things got to get done. The best way to keep a time-consuming hobby like gaming alive is to carve out a chunk of your weekend for uninterrupted gaming. You also need a dependable internet connection with the lowest ping rate for a truly seamless experience. Mafia Definitive Edition
When you think of open-world crime games you think long. Most of these games are sprawling epics that can stretch on for dozens of hours. Mafia, however, is not that it’s a different beast. Instead of loading the game down with tons of missions, Mafia keeps things very tight with its framing device of the main character recounting his Mafia exploits to a detective.
It can be pretty refreshing that it’s paced a bit more like a movie than a video game with each mission addressing the overall story in some way. Even though it’s a huge City it’s hard to describe this one as an open-world game even if you’re mostly just driving to progress the story and there isn’t a lot to do.
It looks fantastic though the story is relatively brief for its contemporaries. This edition improves the original in a lot of ways outside of just updating the dated Graphics the story makes more sense overall. While the Gunplay isn’t anything extraordinary, the mission design is fantastic.
It’s a game that’s really more about the story and the fancy visuals but it works well and the game’s ten or so hours feel complete.

Robocop Rogue City
To say that this game is entertaining is an understatement. You can get your money’s worth. One of the things a lot of people worried about with the demo was that it was going to get too repetitive and it doesn’t. It keeps introducing new things for what seems like a perfect amount of time.
There are only so many creeps RoboCop can blow away before the game starts getting slow. However, this game prevents that because it mixes it up in so many of these clever little ways. It gives you all these interesting environmental methods of mayhem to exert on the criminals of Detroit.
It’s constantly throwing new enemy types at you which is great and it gives you all of these little objectives to entertain yourself with. In Between blowing people up and just causing insane Mayhem, it’s one of those games that is a perfect storm.

Hi-Fi Rush
This game feels like some bite-sized Indie when you look at it is about 11 hours. When it comes to action games it’s just about the perfect length. Especially for the pacing that it has. The unique thing is that it’s not just an action game it’s also a rhythm game if you time your attacks to the beat you are a much better combatant.
It is too much information for too little time. The tutorial is a bit long and it grinds the intro of this game to a halt. However, once you’re off running, this is a great game. The amazing visuals add a ton to the experience too. Some of the cutscenes are like feature film-level quality in terms of animation.
It is a kind of throwback to Jet Set Radio. There are other animation styles mixed in there. The truth is that this game when you describe it, it’s a rhythm-action game that doesn’t sound like it will work but Hi-Fi Rush pulls it off.

Batman Arkham Asylum
The original Rock Steady Batman game is the shortest in the series at only nine hours but it’s also the most varied fun and exciting nine hours you’re going to spend. Back when Arkham Asylum first came out it felt like a miracle. Somehow the developers were able to create a kind of new combat system that was fun and fluid.
This game made you feel like a total rock star while also creating a new kind of stealth that made you the predator instead of the prey.
It’s a non-stop roller coaster ride through the Asylum where you’re fighting enemies, solving riddle puzzles, sneaking around, and doing much more that’s what makes this game so great. You’re constantly getting new stuff that mixes everything up and you stay on your toes the whole time.
Summing Up
So, these are all the games you can play in under ten hours when you do not have time for binge gaming. Who says you always need to set aside two days for all games worth playing? These games provide a complete story overview and a fulfilling ending. Happy Gaming!
